Position: Bench Sales Recruiter (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage a large pool of US IT professionals.
• Market consultant resumes through multiple job portals, vendor networks, and recruiters.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
Job Details:
📍 Location: Onsite
🕡 Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Knowledge of US IT Staffing/Bench Sales is preferred
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong negotiation and marketing skills
