Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, identifying and onboarding consultants, and building relationships with clients. The role involves working closely with candidates, understanding client requirements, negotiating offers, handling contract placements, and ensuring a positive recruiting experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and strategies
- Strong Account Management skills to maintain and develop client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and consultants
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and market trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
