Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT staffing industry, with a focus on bench sales and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates on the bench and placing them in suitable positions with our clients.
Location: Hyderabad, Madhapur Onsite Only

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing).
Required Skills
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Experience working with Prime/Preferred Vendors .
- Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
- Looking for someone who is aggressive, Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market.
