Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven expertise in marketing IT consultants on bench. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and end clients, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Market IT consultants (bench resources) to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, system integrators, and direct clients
Understand consultant skill sets and match them with suitable client requirements
Maintain daily communication with vendors, recruiters, and account managers
Submit profiles, follow up on submissions, and coordinate interviews
Negotiate bill rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients
Maintain updated records of submissions, interviews, and placements
Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships
Stay updated with market trends, demand skills, and client requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
