Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consultant marketing, vendor coordination, and identifying suitable contract opportunities for IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote IT consultants to staffing partners and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with staffing vendors.
- Identify suitable requirements and submit qualified consultants accordingly.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and contract terms when required.
- Develop new business opportunities through professional networking and vendor outreach.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand requirements and provide suitable consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
- Follow up regularly with vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Bench Sales and US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of consultant marketing and vendor management.
- Experience working with technologies such as QA, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Good understanding of common US staffing engagement models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using professional recruiting and staffing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
