Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench candidates to job opportunities through job portals, social media, and vendor networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing agencies.
- Understand the skills and experience of each consultant to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Negotiate pay rates and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track submissions.
- Provide regular updates to management on candidate status and pipeline.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and others.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen candidates.
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
