Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Market)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site), Currently Remote ( Until Next communication )

Job Description:

ASM Techy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters to manage the marketing and placement of IT consultants in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bench sales activities, including identifying client requirements, marketing consultants, coordinating interviews, and successfully closing placements.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients across the US staffing market
  • Analyze client requirements and match suitable consultants accordingly
  • Submit qualified consultants to open requirements and coordinate the interview process
  • Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms with clients/vendors
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, vendors, and consultants
  • Maintain and update daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Manage consultant availability, project extensions, and contract renewals
  • Ensure compliance with client and company policies


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing / IT Marketing
  • Strong network of Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Willingness to work in US shift timings


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in handling US IT consultants and vendor management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
