We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter who can effectively market bench consultants and close positions in the US IT staffing market.
🔹 Strong experience with H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD consultants
🔹 Hands-on with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)
🔹 Good vendor network & negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
