Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT needs. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding talent, managing client accounts effectively, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and candidates to ensure placements meet all requirements.
Qualifications
- Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, with experience in sourcing and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management, including strong organizational and client relationship management abilities
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and candidates
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
