🚀 Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing
📍 Onsite – Hyderabad (Local candidates only)

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with strong communication skills and basic experience in US IT staffing.
You’ll be responsible for marketing consultants, submitting to requirements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining vendor relationships.
👉 Training will be provided – we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Market bench consultants to prime vendors & direct clients
- Submit profiles and track submissions daily
- Source requirements and candidates via job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.) and match accordingly
- Follow up consistently for interview feedback and closures
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain and build vendor relationships
- Negotiate rates and assist in closing deals
- Keep ATS/CRM (Ceipal) updated
Requirements- 1–3 years in US IT Bench Sales
- Good verbal & written communication
- Basic understanding of C2C/W2 and US work visas
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
