Job Summary:
We are hiring a Bench Sales Lead to drive C2C placements, manage bench sales recruiters, and build strong vendor relationships with consistent interview flow and closures.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily bench sales operations and placement strategy
* Manage and mentor bench sales recruiters
* Build and maintain strong vendor and MSP relationships
* Review and improve resume quality and marketing content
* Track KPIs for submissions, interviews, and closures
* Resolve escalations and unblock placement challenges
* Coordinate with leadership on pipeline and revenue planning
Requirements:
* 5 to 7 years of bench sales experience in US IT staffing
* Strong vendor and implementation partner network
* Proven track record of C2C placements
* Experience managing team targets and performance
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
