📍 Location: Nizamabad, Telangana (Onsite)

🌙 Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bench Sales IT Recruiter who can effectively market IT consultants in the US market and successfully close placements. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor relationships, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of getting interviews and making placements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to Tier 1 & Tier 2 vendors

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners

🔹 Regularly interact with vendors to generate interview opportunities

🔹 Negotiate rates and close C2C deals successfully

🔹 Coordinate with consultants for submissions and interview scheduling

🔹 Follow up consistently to ensure interview conversions into placements

🔹 Maintain daily submission & placement reports

✅ Required Skills

✨ Minimum 2+ years of US IT Bench Sales experience

✨ Excellent verbal & written communication skills

✨ Strong vendor database and relationship management skills

✨ Proven ability to get interviews and close placements

✨ Good understanding of US IT technologies (Java, .NET, React, Angular, AWS, Data, QA, etc.)

✨ Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated & target-driven
