Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including identifying relevant job requirements, connecting with prospects, and marketing available consultants. The individual will establish strong client relationships, negotiate contract terms, and ensure the successful placement of candidates. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an effective database, following up with hiring managers, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to market Bench consultants effectively and close deals
- Customer relationship management and excellent communication skills to engage with clients and hiring managers
- Proficiency in using tools and databases to manage consultant placement processes and maintain records
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of IT recruitment processes and familiarity with technical skill sets and industry standards
- Prior experience or understanding of benchmarks in US marketing and staffing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
