About the role

The Brand Service Coordinator (BSC) maintains the coordinated flow and inventory of service material, parts, equipment, and tools within the 840 After Sales Service Center. The BSC also provides support to the in-store watchmakers in accordance with production requirements and shipping schedules. In this position, the BSC reviews the approved service estimates and confers with the Service Manager(s) to determine material and parts required for jobs, as well as ordering and maintaining stock levels on high volume parts based on production volumes. This position would also coordinate and track the exchange of parts with the manufacture.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Review approved service estimates and confer with service manager(s) to determine material and parts required
  • Order and maintain stock levels on high volume parts based on production levels and trends
  • Arrange transfers of parts/stock items and maintain support to in-store watchmakers to meet production and job turnaround schedules
  • Coordinate the exchange of parts with manufactures based on the requirements provided by the manufacture
  • Coordinate tool and equipment repair with the appropriate vendors
  • Examine and verify all incoming materials, parts, equipment, tools and submit invoices to the appropriate departments. Reports discrepancies and damage
  • Manage timing, testing, and quality control of all complete watch repairs
  • Check-in and put away all parts and equipment to prescribed storage locations.
  • Document and maintain parts requisitions and picking instructions
  • Conduct and maintain inventory of all materials and provide inventory reports. Maintain inventory for tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Coordinate the resolution of problems to ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules, and budgets for material costs
  • Coordinate with watchmakers to ensure shop supply levels are maintained
  • Maintain updates on MSDS compliance and liaise with the facilities department as needed
  • Maintain stock of shop supplies including solvents, cleaning materials, and tools
  • Send Completed estimates to stores and resend every week
  • Responsible for monthly reporting to vendors of in-house brand repairs, including excel sheets for Richemont My Service Request (warranty), Service Intervention, and Breitling Repair Tracking report
  • Maintain inventory control of department 883, including priority report
  • Process outbound repairs in internal tracking system
  • Act as back-up to Rolex Service Coordinator(s) and Aftersales Service Coordinator as needed
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, and employee(s).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 1+ Years general office or other related experience
  • Computer experience and competency
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite – emphasis in publisher is preferred
  • Able to set up and operate a variety of simple measuring devices such as calipers

Range: $22 to $26 per hour

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
