n8n Automation Engineer

Role Summary & Impact:We're looking for an n8n Automation Developer to strategically design, build, and manage powerful automation workflows. You'll analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and implement solutions using n8n, JavaScript, and AI technologies (like Make.com, AI agents, Langchain). Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and support key business objectives across the organization & clients. Success means delivering reliable, scalable automations that provide measurable value and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and design n8n automation strategies.Develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex n8n workflows.Integrate various applications and services via APIs and webhooks.Utilize JavaScript for custom logic within n8n.Implement automations incorporating AI tools (AI agents, Langchain, Make.com).Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance.Collaborate with stakeholders on project requirements.Maintain clear documentation.Qualifications:Proven experience building complex automations with n8n.Strong JavaScript skills for custom development within n8n.Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL) and various applications.Familiarity with Make.com (Integromat).Experience implementing solutions involving AI agents and/or Langchain.Demonstrated experience working on business process automation projects.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage priorities.Must Have Qualifications:Proven experience building complex automations with n8n.Strong JavaScript skills for custom development within n8n.Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL) and various applications.Familiarity with Make.com (Integromat).Experience implementing solutions involving AI agents and/or Langchain.Demonstrated experience working on business process automation projects.1-3 years of experience in automation development
