As the voice of BeMobile, you’ll build meaningful connections, solve customer needs, and help create the outstanding experiences we’re known for. <br><br> <strong>This is a work-from-home position with certain geographic eligibility requirements. <br></strong><br><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong> </div><ul> <li>1-2 years of Retail or Wireless experience or relevant experience</li> <li>1-2 years of call center or customer outreach experience preferred</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Exceptional time management skills.</li> <li>Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.</li> <li>Must be comfortable on the phone, doing customer outreach, and providing customer service support.</li> <li>Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight.</li> </ul><div><strong>What a Day in the Life Looks Like:</strong></div><ul> <li> <strong>Inbound Customer Support:</strong> Handle incoming customer inquiries, objections, and complaints across multiple communication channels. Provide solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and build trust through positive, professional interactions.</li> <li> <strong>Outbound Customer Outreach:</strong> Initiate calls to prospects and existing customers, present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and close sales. Stay organized with follow-ups to maximize conversions and exceed monthly targets.</li> <li> <strong>Lead Development & Management:</strong> Generate and maintain leads from campaigns, track interactions, and update all information accurately in communication platforms to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.</li> <li> <strong>Professional Collaboration:</strong> Communicate effectively with your team and support retail locations to meet targets.
