Bellrae Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team and help elevate our clients' brands. This is a part-time, hybrid position in Richmond, VA, that offers the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate, with occasional travel to the mid-Atlantic as we expand our client base. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Oversee daily execution of client social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok). Content Creation & Strategy: Plan, write, and design social media content that aligns with each client's brand voice and objectives. On-Site Content Capture: Coordinate and attend on-site visits to gather high-quality content for social media. Reels & Video Editing: Design, edit, and optimize Reels and other short-form video content. Platform Optimization: Utilize all features of each platform, including Stories, Reels, and emerging tools, to maximize reach and engagement. Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities in an authentic and timely manner. Campaign Management & Reporting: Execute and optimize social media campaigns while tracking performance metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness. Trend & Data Analysis: Stay up to date on social media trends, platform algorithms, and key performance indicators to refine strategies and report insights. Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: Work with influencers and manage social influencer campaigns as needed. Content & Email Marketing Support: Review and upload blog posts, as well as design and write email campaigns. Client Communication & Event Support: Maintain client communications and attend events as needed to support marketing efforts. Qualifications: 1-3 years of social media marketing experience is preferred Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Google Suite, and Canva Experience with Loomly a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Positive, go-getter attitude is a must Strong creative instincts and an eye for detail Experience with creating Instagram Reels and TikTok video content is required Experience with social media ad campaigns and demonstrated success a plus The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of the camera Photography experience a plus!
