We are looking for compassionate and dedicated registered nurses to provide exceptional care in a home setting, ensuring comfort and support for our clients.</div><div>

</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health and develop individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li>
<li>Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.</li>
<li>Document all patient interactions and care provided in compliance with regulations.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community settings.</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.</li>
