We are seeking compassionate and dedicated registered nurses to provide exceptional in-home care and support to our clients.</div><div>

</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.</li>
<li>Provide wound care and manage medical equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.</li>
<li>Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.</li>
<li>Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Current RN license in the state of California.</li>
<li>At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.</li>
<li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification required.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.</li>
