1. Answer inbound calls from potential patients, answering questions and addressing patient concerns. Promoting and selling the full range of Bella Sol Medical Spa’s products and services and booking patient’s complimentary consultation. Make outbound calls to reconfirm patient appointments 24 hours prior if unconfirmed.
2. Resolve patient inquiries at first point of contact where possible. When immediate resolution is not available to ensure that appropriate escalation activities are adopted, taking personal accountability to keep the patient informed of resolution progress within agreed service level agreements. Effectively manage and record patient complaints.
3. Build patient confidence by identifying and understanding patient needs and concerns and where appropriate, offering solutions through up-selling/cross selling additional products and services. Generating and recording qualified leads.
4. Work cross functionally with all other relevant business departments by communicating valuable patient feedback and keeping them informed of patient issues and successes. Pro-actively seeks involvement of relevant business areas to ensure patient inquiries are resolved in line with agreed service level agreements.
5. To ensure that patient calls are registered and acted on all appropriate systems and all associated administration and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
6. Identify and highlight any deficiencies in the business processes/procedures, offering recommendations and undertaking any corrective action as agreed by the Bella Sol Medical Spa, PLLC to ensure the continuous improvement of Patient service and satisfaction.
