Project Mgmt - Superintendent
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinating and monitoring subcontractor work
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues and risks
- Maintaining strong client relationships and communication
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the project team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
