Web Designer

We need another pair of hands to create awesome products for our customers: ship beautifully designed websites that are engineered and developed in a perfect way. As a Web Designer in Bejamas, you'll work closely with our clients, Project Managers, and Dev Team (Frontend Developers and Testers). We are looking for someone who: has at least 2 years of commercial experience working with web, the design team and clients as a designer has a portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects, in different industries has written and spoken English at a high enough level to communicate smoothly with the rest of our international team members and clients (B2+/C1) is a master of Figma and DS can understand the development phases, to be a part of it (you don't need to code) is passionate about the design, following the latest trends on Dribbble, Behance, awwwards, etc. has at least basic knowledge about the accessibility is able to justify his/her decisions when collaboration with various stakeholders has creative mind – innovative, inventive, able to start ideas and solve clients' problems knows that it is ok that you don't know everything is open to receiving feedback and improving upon it has an eye for the details and pixel perfect approach to design work Nice-to-have: previous experience with no-code or 3d animations What you will do? Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and developers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal team Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Learn and test new things on a daily basis, such as Animations, Jitter or Framer
