Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on behavioural and leadership skills.
- Customize training delivery based on the requirements of the target audience.
- Deliver programs using experiential, interactive and facilitation techniques.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest learning trends and behavioural training methodologies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences from multicultural backgrounds.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Instructional design knowledge and familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree (Any)
- Certifications in training and facilitation related concepts is an advantage.
