Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Behaviour Therapist & Speech Therapist.
The Behaviour Therapist will work with children and young adults to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to address behavioral challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, creating personalized support plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent support in various environments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in behavioral therapy techniques and creating individualized treatment plans
- Strong skills in observation, assessment, and documentation
- Experience in working with children and young adults, particularly in educational or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, educators, and team members
- The ability to adapt therapy strategies to suit varying needs and developmental stages
- Basic understanding of psychology and behavioral science principles
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Counselling, or a related field.
