Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior & Occupational Therapist located in Gurgoan , Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area & in Navi Mumbai. The Behavior & Occupational Therapist will work closely with individuals to assess their needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and administer treatment. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing occupational therapy, conducting rehabilitation programs, facilitating behavioral development sessions, and working with pediatric patients to improve their physical and mental capabilities. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams as well as effective communication with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior therapy & in Occupational Therapy
- Knowledge of various activity in OT for Autism kids
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to design and implement behavior development programs
- Relevant certifications in Occupational Therapy or related fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
