Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist, located in Central line . The Behavioral Therapist will work closely with individuals, particularly children, utilizing principles of behavior analysis to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behavioral change. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and working with families to support progress. Providing a supportive, compassionate environment and ensuring client well-being is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Understanding of Psychology and experience working with children
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to connect effectively with clients and their families
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting positive behavioral outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field of behavioral therapy
