Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children to assess behavioral challenges, develop individualized plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, and implement therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities also include collaboration with parents and caregivers, maintaining detailed progress reports, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Strong background in Psychology and knowledge of child development
- Effective Interpersonal Skills for working with children, families, and team members
- Hands-on experience in Working With Children exhibiting diverse developmental needs
- Ability to create tailored intervention plans and monitor individual progress
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Experience in educational or clinical settings is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and creativity
