Little Care is looking for a skilled and compassionate Behaviour Therapist to join our online therapy team and make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with children to improve behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with parents and the therapy team
- Maintain clear session documentation and progress reports
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in behavior therapy
- Patient, empathetic, and child-friendly
- Strong communication and engagement for online sessions
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Language preference: Hindi, Malayalam, English, Tamil
