Job Description – Behaviour Therapist
Location: Child Development Centre
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one behavior therapy sessions for children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Apply evidence-based techniques such as ABA and positive behavior support.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate each child's progress.
- Work closely with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Psychologists.
- Guide and train parents on home-based intervention strategies.
- Prepare therapy notes, progress reports, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.
- Certification or experience in ABA/Behavior Therapy preferred.
- Experience working with children with Autism and ADHD is an advantage.
Job Description – Speech Therapist
Location: Child Development Centre
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat children with speech, language, communication, voice, and feeding disorders.
- Develop individualized speech and language therapy plans.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for children with Autism, ADHD, Speech Delay, and Developmental Delays.
- Improve articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and oral-motor skills.
- Track therapy progress and maintain clinical documentation.
- Educate parents on speech and language activities to continue at home.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Behavior Therapists, and Special Educators for holistic child development.
- Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- Valid RCI registration preferred.
