What You’ll Do

• Build backend features and systems from scratch: fast, clean, and with real impact
• Design and own APIs, infrastructure, and data flows that power AI products
• Work closely with founders and top builders to shape product logic and user experience
• Ship AI-first features using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and whatever’s next

You’ll Fit If You

• Have 4+ years at VC-backed startups building frontend or full-stack
• Studied at the best schools in your region (think Stanford, MIT, Oxford, ETH, TUM, IIT, UNAL, USP, University of Cape Town, University of Sydney, Tsinghua, etc.)
• Think like a founder (you solve problems)
• Have shipped real products (side projects count!)
• Live and breathe AI to build smarter and faster
