About the role
We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist to design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, and processes within the GoHighLevel CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing tools, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized workflows, automations, and processes in GoHighLevel to meet our business needs.
Optimize current systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and software as needed.
Provide hands-on training and documentation to teach team members how to navigate and manage the GoHighLevel backend.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to GoHighLevel.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and execute project goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM, including building workflows, automations, and integrations.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to explain complex technical processes in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Experience with related tools and platforms (Zapier, APIs, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
