Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of accounting, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting and reconciliation for client accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and direct end-to-end client and stakeholder management.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and data manipulation.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- The role will require a mix of individual contribution and team management, with approximately 70% as an individual contributor and 30% focusing on team management.
- Team management responsibility involves allocating and reviewing the team’s work, conducting performance discussions, and directing the team on projects and delivery.
- Work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work, with flexibility in office timings.
- Be available for client and team meetings and accommodate late-evening calls with international clients as needed.
Qualifications
- CA/ CPA/ ACCA/ Semi-Qualified CA with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in accounting, financial planning, and client and team management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with a strong grasp of cloud-based accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Zoho, etc., will be given preference.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility in office attendance.
