Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
General Cleaner to join our frontline team. As a General Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong time-management skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
