Bedrock Landscaping is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enhancements Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, selling and coordinating landscape enhancement projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from estimate through completion.
The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor service environment.Maintain strong client communication throughout each project
- Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial landscaping clients
- Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgrades
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendations
- Coordinate with production crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion
- Conduct site visits to evaluate properties and verify scope of work
- Track sales activity, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM or job management system
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
- Support upselling and long-term account growth
- Previous experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, construction, or outdoor services preferred
- Strong sales or account management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read basic landscape plans or site layouts (preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly
- Valid driver’s license
