System Workforce Analyst – Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes (BLMK) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a statutory NHS organisation responsible for developing a plan for meeting the health needs of the population, managing the NHS budget, and arranging for the provision of health services across the BLMK Integrated Care System area. We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the ICB's Workforce Planning function. The post is being offered as an 12-month fixed term post or secondment opportunity. This is a hybrid role; the successful candidate will work a minimum of 4 days a month at one of our bases across Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes. For more detailed information about the role, please contact Alexandra Farkas - alexandra.farkas@nhs.net Main duties of the job The Analyst (post holder) will collect, cleanse, process and analyse NHS and other workforce data to provide system-wide workforce intelligence and analysis. The role will support integrated workforce planning across health and social care organisations within the area. The Analyst will be part of a network of workforce planning and transformation specialists across the East of England, working within the ICB's People Directorate and with partners in Health Education England (HEE) and NHS England (NHSE). The Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Workforce Planner in profiling the local health and social care workforce, modelling future workforce supply and demand, and collating provider workforce plans into a single ICS/system picture.
