About the role

Responsibilities: - Serve as a key member of the brand's medical affairs team, providing strategic input and tactical execution support for medical and scientific activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, marketing, R&D) to develop and implement medical affairs plans that support brand objectives - Communicate scientific and medical information to internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies - Contribute to the development of medical education materials, publications, and other medical/scientific content - Monitor and analyze scientific and medical literature, market trends, and competitor activities to inform medical affairs strategies - Participate in the planning and execution of medical congress activities, advisory boards, and other medical/scientific events - Provide medical and scientific expertise to support product development, launch, and life cycle management - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines Requirements: - Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD) in a relevant scientific or medical field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical affairs or related role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industry - Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including medical/scientific trends, regulatory environment, and key stakeholders - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific and medical information to diverse audiences - Proficient in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving - Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making - Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines (e.g., AMCP, ASCO, ISMPP) - Experience in the medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
