Role Description
This role enables qualified professionals to join Vidyazon as listed counselors, providing expert guidance to students across India. As a listed counselor, you will support students with personalized one-on-one career counseling, psychometric and aptitude evaluations, stream and course selection, and career planning. You will collaborate to craft tailored learning paths, offer educational advice aligned with individual goals, and assist students in navigating key academic decisions. This is a work-from-home opportunity, providing flexibility to impact lives Pan-India while working remotely on a full-time basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in Career Counseling, Psychometric Analysis, and Educational Guidance
- Strong Communication, Listening, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Develop Personalized Career Roadmaps and Provide Skill-Based Recommendations
- Proficiency with Virtual Meeting Tools and Remote Collaboration Platforms
- Organizational and Time Management Skills to Provide Timely, One-on-One Support
- Knowledge of College Admission Processes, Various Courses, and Industry Trends
- Certifications or Training in Counseling or Career Development (preferred)
- Proactive Mindset with a Passion for Guiding and Empowering Students
