About the Role: We're looking for a bold, imaginative AI Creative Specialist with a strong foundation in filmmaking to lead the creation of visually captivating content using GenAI tools. This role blends storytelling, technology, and creative leadership to craft high-impact content across social platforms, UGC, and brand narratives. Key Responsibilities: Create visually compelling and engaging videos using GenAI tools Craft effective prompts and design creative workflows to produce UGC-style and explainer videos. Develop short-form, platform-native videos optimized for social media trends and engagement. Provide strategic creative direction that aligns with brand objectives Maintain high standards of creative craft, storytelling, and design execution across all generated content. Drive experimentation and innovation in GenAI creative techniques, while safeguarding the brand's voice, visual language, and equity. Required Qualifications: 3+ years in filmmaking, advertising, or creative content production with hands-on experience using GenAI in content production. Strong grasp of traditional filmmaking—cinematography, editing, scripting, directing. Proficiency with leading GenAI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, etc.). Deep understanding of GenAI trends and their creative applications. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
