About the role
The General Labor position is responsible for supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read and follow a sequence of instructions and perform a variety of manual and machine-assisted tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Read and follow work instructions accurately.
- Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed during the shift.
- Push two buttons simultaneously using both hands to operate equipment safely.
- Grip and install small clips as part of the assembly process.
- Use hands or feet to activate machinery.
- Enter quality measurements using a computer tablet.
- Use simple gauges to verify part specifications.
- Listen carefully, follow directions, and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrate respect and teamwork with fellow employees.
