Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology department, driving innovation and scaling our platform to new heights. The CTO will be responsible for our overall technology strategy, developing new features, ensuring system reliability, and keeping the user experience at the forefront. As a key member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to align technology initiatives with business goals, ultimately enhancing user engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives and market trends.
2. Lead the engineering team to deliver scalable, innovative, and secure solutions that enhance the user experience.
3. Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team, encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new technologies.
4. Oversee the development and maintenance of the platform's architecture, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
5. Collaborate with product management to define product vision, roadmaps, and development priorities.
6. Manage technology budgets and time frames to ensure timely delivery of technological initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and privacy standards relevant to the online gaming and betting industry.
8. Drive continuous improvement in the company’s technology stack and technical processes.
9. Establish strategic partnerships and relationships with technology providers, vendors, and other industry players.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven company, preferably in the gaming, social networking, or fintech sectors.
3. Demonstrable experience in building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
4. Strong background in developing scalable mobile and web applications, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases, cybersecurity, and modern software development practices.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
6. Strategic thinker with a knack for innovation and a passion for technology’s role in business growth.
7. Knowledge of the sports betting industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
