About the role

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy to support the growth and scaling of the business - Partner with business and functional leaders to understand talent needs and build plans to acquire, develop, and retain top talent - Lead the talent acquisition team to build a robust pipeline of quality candidates and close critical roles in a timely manner - Drive talent management initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and learning & development - Serve as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the leadership team - Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture that attracts, engages, and retains top talent Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Proven track record of building and leading talent strategies that drive business impact - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive decisions - Experience in leading and scaling talent acquisition teams - Familiarity with employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management frameworks - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
