As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee daily site activities of a project team consisting of consultants, contractors, and developers. Key Responsibilities: Conducting project briefings, kick-off meetings, and providing periodic progress reports Evaluating master programs and monitoring progress Preparing cost estimates and monitoring progress claims, interim certificates, and Project Lead: Delivering Excellence in Project Management Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to monitoring and updating progress. This involves managing site project activities, including overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet project completion targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily site activities, prepare work breakdowns, and monitor and report work progress. Ensure effective communication with clients and associates through excellent English and Chinese language skills. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, or relevant vocational certificate. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks as a project engineer/manager. Knowledge of geotechnical engineering, soil data interpretation, or Singapore Geology is beneficial. Leading a team is an exciting challenge that requires strong leadership and project management skills. Here are the key responsibilities of this role: Project Implementation : Ensure all projects are implemented effectively, on time, and within budget. Resource Planning : Plan and allocate resources to meet project needs. Progress Reporting : Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders. Quality Management : Ensure all work meets company quality standards and requirements. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure engineers and supervisors comply with client and regulatory requirements. Health, Safety, and Environment : Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and health standards at all times. Client and Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants on all project matters. Requirements for this role include: Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management , or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP/LTA/HDB project. Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB recognized).
