Implementation Strategist

This is a dynamic leadership role in which you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our implementation function. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership (40%)Develop and execute an implementation strategy to enable the efficient and effective delivery of implementations for our customers. Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.People Leadership (40%)Build, manage, and coach a high-performing implementation team. Empower and enable your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Ensure the team has the necessary skills, tools, and resources to succeed.Client Engagement (20%)Be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at key customer accounts.Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored implementation plans.Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.Manage change and drive user adoption to maximize the value our customers derive from our solutions.
