US Market Performance Marketing Lead

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth in the US market through paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. About the Role: We are looking for a performance marketer who can own and scale Meta campaigns to drive business results. You will be hands-on with budgets, audiences, creatives, and growth strategy — with the autonomy to test, learn, and scale fast. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive user acquisition and revenue growth in the US market * Design and iterate full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages to maximize campaign effectiveness * Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing creatives and conduct A/B tests for continuous improvement * Build and segment custom and lookalike audiences using Meta Pixel data, server-side tracking, and CRM integrations to enhance targeting precision * Own and manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and delivery of weekly pacing reports, campaign insights, and performance forecasts * Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to identify trends and actionable optimization opportunities Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Experience running Meta ads or DTC clients in US Market * Strong command of metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV) * Scaling Meta spend from $10K to $100K+ monthly * Project management skills * Strong Data Analysis and Reporting Skills Benefits: * Work directly with ex-Google & ex-Amazon mentors * 2 levels away from the CEO — fast visibility, fast growth * Learn advanced ad scaling, sales strategy & growth ops * Positive culture with regular social events * Flexible work environment with high trust, low bureaucracy
