UI/UX Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating product requirements into user-centered design solutions using industry-standard tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain a comprehensive design system, including design tokens, components. - Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth implementation of design components. - Showcase a strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on data-informed design choices. - Occasionally, conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. - Document design patterns and maintain design system guidelines. Requirements: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with an emphasis on building and evolving design systems. - A compelling portfolio showcasing structured design thinking and modular design solutions. - Advanced proficiency with Figma (or other similar design and prototyping tools). - Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale reusable UI component libraries. - Demonstrated experience in building product designs that work across a wide variety of devices. - Experience in planning and executing user research and integrating insights into the design process is a plus. - Familiarity with front-end technologies and an understanding of development constraints is a plus. - Awareness of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices is a plus.
