About the role

Lead a high-impact digital transformation initiative as an SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Lead. Drive the automation of SAP PM processes and redesign core maintenance workflows to reduce manual steps and enhance operational efficiency. About the Role The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of SAP PM, experience in process transformation or automation projects, and strong analytical skills. They should be able to analyze current workflows, identify manual steps, and design future workflows using SAP S/4HANA and AI/ML tools. Collaborate with IT, Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and Data Science teams to define requirements and technical specifications for the automation solutions. Implement IoT-triggered maintenance, self-healing work orders, and AI-assisted notifications. Key Responsibilities Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Design and prototype future workflows using SAP S/4HANA, Intelligent Asset Management, AI/ML tools, and predictive maintenance strategies. Implement automation solutions such as IoT-triggered maintenance, self-healing work orders, and AI-assisted notifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during redesigns. Establish KPIs to monitor reduction in manual steps and operational benefits. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience (ECC or S/4HANA). Experience in process transformation or automation projects is required. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are necessary. Excellent communication skills in business and technical contexts are also essential.
