About the role

As a key member of our HR team, we are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead the recruitment process. This pivotal role involves finding and attracting top talent to support our organization's growth and culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring seamless coordination with hiring managers and candidates. Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, fostering open communication throughout the process. Source candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other strategic channels, utilizing strong sourcing techniques and knowledge of recruitment tools. Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, guaranteeing a positive experience for all parties involved. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient management of the recruitment process. We strive to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, starting from the initial application process through to onboarding. As such, this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an in-house setting or as a seasoned agency professional. Strong proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing methodologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to accommodate changing needs.
