Purification Specialist

Job Description: · We are seeking an experienced Purification Specialist to join our team in Downstream R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in peptide purification and process development, with a focus on recombinant and synthetic peptides. · About You: · You have a strong understanding of downstream processing and unit operations involved in peptide and protein purification. · You are proficient in using various purification techniques such as affinity chromatography, ion exchange, and size exclusion chromatography. · You have experience in developing and optimizing purification processes, including troubleshooting and identifying process deviations. · You are familiar with analytical techniques like SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, and HPLC for protein characterization. · You have excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, and can effectively communicate technical information.
