Product Designer - UI/UX

UI/UX Designer Job Role We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Main Responsibilities Design and improve user interfaces across all Culinary Digital SaaS products. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Maintain and enhance Culinary Digital's design system, ensuring a unified design language across platforms. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components. Work closely with Product Owners to integrate UI/UX improvements into the product roadmap. Engage with the Product Director to align designs with strategic business goals and market trends. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product discussions to ensure design priorities are considered in development cycles. Provide UX research insights and recommendations to support product decision-making. Create visual assets for release launch emails, product documentation, and marketing materials to ensure clear and engaging communication. Prepare designer presentations to communicate product features, design updates, and UX research findings. Work with marketing and customer success teams to develop design-driven onboarding materials. Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and UX audits to gather insights and optimize workflows. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for new and existing features. Identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring seamless user interactions across products. Validate UI elements for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG/ADA compliance), and usability. Optimize designs based on performance metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Requirements 8-10 years of UI/UX design experience, specifically in B2B SaaS platforms. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align design with market trends. Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to collaborate effectively with developers. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing. Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams. Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work on SaaS products are a must. Familiarity with AI-driven UI/UX enhancements and data-driven design. Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance). Ability to create design-driven marketing and sales materials.
