About the role

Technical Support Role This is an onsite technical support role that requires extensive mobility and support outside regular hours, including weekends. The focus will be on providing support for end-user workplace services, data centers, projects, asset management, procurement, and VIP users. Duties: Provide technical assistance to end-users for incidents and requests related to onsite technology. Manage the asset lifecycle, including installation, moves, additions, changes, and decommissioning of IT equipment. Assist with facilities management and office move planning. Support hardware and software asset management, tracking, and auditing for devices not connected to the network. Troubleshoot LAN cabling and coordinate troubleshooting for other local IT infrastructure issues. Provide on-call support for critical incidents outside normal hours as part of Business Continuity planning.
